Confined Space Entry Employee Training Programs
As required by OSHA's General Industry Rule, 29 CFR 1910.146. each employee must receive initial and refresher training which provides for understanding, skills, and knowledge to do their jobs safely. Enviroair's training programs are designed to train employees performing confined space operations, as well as those who authorize employee entry into a permit entry space. We offer standard training programs which can be conducted either at a client facility or at our central training site. All of our courses include hands-on training with recommended safety equipment. CEU's and ABIH Certification Maintenance points are available for many of our courses.

Confined Space Entry - Equipment Selection (4 hrs.)
This course is designed to assist employers in their efforts to train and equip employees who will perform work in confined spaces. Attendees receive comprehensive training on proper equipment selection, use, application, care, maintenance. The limitations of equipment used in confined space entry is also covered.

Confined Space Entry - Entrant/Attendant/Entry Supervisor (8 hrs.)
The purpose of this program is to provide an overview of proper confined space entry practices and procedures. Information is presented regarding the specific duties of the Entrant, Attendant, and Supervisor in a confined space entry situation. Training consists of utilizing effective communication, recognizing the symptoms of exposure to hazards, and evacuation/rescue procedures. Discussion will include an overview of current regulations, recordkeeping requirements, and recent incidents involving confined spaces.
